Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable web and mobile solutions within our healthcare platform. You will work across the entire technology stack, from backend services and APIs to frontend web/mobile, databases, DevOps pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, QA, R&D Engineer, and AI Engineer to deliver high-impact, secure and robust

digital healthcare applications.

Job Requirement:

Software Design & Development

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (frontend + backend + mobile).
• Build RESTful / GraphQL APIs and system integrations.
• Develop mobile applications (native or cross-platform).
• Implement responsive UI/UX following best-practice patterns.
• Apply secure coding principles suitable for healthcare environments.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Build and deploy on AWS / Alibaba Cloud / Tencent Cloud.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Manage containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
• Monitor system performance and optimize for availability and scalability.

Data & Database

• Design scalable data models and schemas.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Integrate with Data Lake / Data Warehouse pipelines when needed.

Quality & Security

• Write unit / integration tests.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security compliance (e.g., encryption, RBAC, IAM).
• Support healthcare regulatory/governance processes (HIPAA / PDPA awareness a plus).

Collaboration

• Work with PM, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and clinical stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and code review.
• Participate in architectural design and tech stack decisions.

Job Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience in:

o PHP and Java

• Frontend experience:

o JavaScript / TypeScript

o React / Vue / Angular

• Mobile app development:

o Native (Kotlin / Swift), OR

o Cross-platform (Flutter / React Native)

• Strong DB Experience:

o MySQL / PostgreSQL

o NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)

• Hands-on cloud experience:

o AWS / Alibaba / Tencent (EC2, S3/OSS/COS, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, VPC)

• API integrations
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of application, network, and data security
• Healthcare domain experience (HL7, FHIR).
• Experience with biometric authentication (face, IC/ID verification)
• Experience with real-time event streaming (Kafka/Kinesis)
• Experience building kiosk-based or IoT applications
• AI/ML integration familiarity
• Experience with microservices architecture
