Senior Fullstack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives in a fast-paced, enterprise-level setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable web/mobile apps using React.js, React Native, and .NET Core, ensuring clean and efficient code.
2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor developers, promoting a collaborative and highperformance culture.
3. Agile Project Management: Drive Agile practices and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
4. Architecture & Design: Design multi-platform front-end architecture aligned with industry standards.
5. Communication & Collaboration: Maintain clear communication with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, promoting best development practices.
7. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure thorough documentation and adherence to governance and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise or regulatory environments, preferably in the

BFSI sector.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with:

React.js, React Native, Javascript / Typescript

.NET Core and backend development

MS SQL or similar relational databases

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with additional front-end frameworks like Angular or Flutter.
2. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
4. Familiarity with integration practices and backend technologies.
5. Bonus: Membership with MBOT (Malaysia Board of Technologists).
