Senior GDW Developer

A Senior Developer with 6-9 years of experience in GDW projects. The role requires strong expertise in DevOps toolset setup and configuration (Bitbucket, Artifactory, Sonarqube, Veracode), combined with hands-on experience in ETL and MDM development. The candidate will work with Oracle and SQL Server databases in AS400 and Linux environments, ensuring robust data integration, governance, and automation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes for GDW systems.
• Implement and support MDM solutions to ensure data consistency and governance.
• Configure and manage DevOps toolsets (Bitbucket, Artifactory, Sonarqube, Veracode).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data across multiple platforms.
• Optimize performance of Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Ensure secure and efficient deployment pipelines in AS400 and Linux environments.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for data development.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience in configuring and managing DevOps tools (priority: Bitbucket, Artifactory, SonarQube, Veracode).
• Proficiency in ETL development and data transformation processes.
• Strong SQL development skills in Oracle and SQL Server.
• Experience working in AS400 and Linux environments.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in enterprise data warehouse (EDW) or banking data environments.
• Knowledge of data quality, metadata management, and governance frameworks.
