To provide the support and commitment for the overall implementation of the property development system in the organization.
To assist the GCEO/ HOD of DSP in the overall management and operations of the companys existing and future development projects.
To analyse the business environment, competition and products in the market.
To lead the project in design and planning and successful completion of projects.
To ensure that all staffs are operating effectively and efficiently.
To maintain close and effective liaison with external parties involved in property development and construction sectors. These include local authorities, federal government departments, project consultants, etc.
To work with internal department on acquisition of new land banks.
Any other duty and responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least Bachelors Degree/Professional Degree in Civil Engineering / Urban Town Planning / Architectural or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years working experience in senior management position in construction / property industry.
Well-versed in property development process.
Has strong management and good decision-making skills.
Able to lead and manage team to achieve companys goal.
