Your Core Mission:

• Platform Architecture: Design and implement a centralized, production-grade AI platform that streamlines tool maintenance across the organization.
• Technical Mentorship: Act as a lead mentor for internal junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering long-term capacity building.
• Standard Setting: Establish and document industry-standard best practices for both Frontend and Backend AI application development.
• Delivery Acceleration: Augment development capacity to speed up the delivery of new AI tools and features.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience in developing and deploying Generative AI tools and applications.
• Leadership DNA: Proven ability to guide junior talent and translate complex architecture into actionable development standards.
