Job Description

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Handle end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
