Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Global Account Management to manage and grow strategic customer relationships across multiple sites in Malaysia and Thailand. The role will drive account growth, commercial strategy, customer satisfaction, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Develop account growth strategies and lead commercial discussions for multi-site customer projects.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Logistics teams to ensure effective service delivery.
• Manage customer RFQs, cost analysis, pricing inputs, and quotation preparation.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor account performance, customer requirements, delivery commitments, and business risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of customer programs and projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Support strategic planning, commercial negotiations, and business development activities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Account Management, Global Account Management, Program Management, Customer Management, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
