Senior Global Key Account Manager

Salary

RM 18,000 - RM 20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for a key global account, building trusted, long-term relationships
• Lead commercial discussions and drive account growth strategies for multi-site customer projects
• Act as the bridge between the customer and internal teams — operations, finance, engineering, and logistics
• Manage RFQs end-to-end: pricing, cost analysis, and quotation preparation
• Identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor account performance and proactively manage risks to support long-term growth
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure flawless execution of customer programs

Requirements/Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration, or Engineering/Science
• Proven experience in Account Management, Program Management, or Customer Management
• Strong communicator — confident presenting, negotiating, and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Self-starter who thrives independently, manages pressure well, and juggles multiple priorities
• A collaborative team player who adapts easily in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
