Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute creative design projects across digital, social media, print collaterals for marketing, and branding materials
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
- Translate marketing briefs and business objectives into effective visual solutions
- Create high-quality designs for ads, campaigns, websites, landing pages, presentations, and print materials
- Collaborate with marketing, content, sales, and product teams to support campaign goals
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities efficiently
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices
- Prepare final artwork and ensure accuracy before production or publishing
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Minimum 5 of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution across multiple platforms
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or AI motion or video skills are a plus
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers
- Good communication skills and ability to receive and give feedback
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
