Roles Summary / Purpose :
As a Senior Group Product Manager, you will oversee multiple product lines, leading entire end-to-end product development cycle including product strategy, innovation, customization/adaptation across all markets. You will manage a team of product managers, align cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making and world-class product experiences.

Responsibilities :
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate multi-product strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer research to inform product portfolio direction.
- Develop multi-product roadmaps with clear KPIs and business impact metrics.
New Product Development (NPD)
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers to ensure smooth NPD development cycle from market research/competition analysis, consumer insight mining, product concept development to product formulation, packaging design/development, prototype and commercial production.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders across finance, supply chain, sales and marketing.
Product Adaptation & Localisation
- Oversee production adaptation such as packaging, formulation etc. to ensure regulation compliance in regional markets and drive local sales through localised product portfolios.
Project Management
- Collaborate with design, supply chain, purchasing, regulation and R&D team to ensure on-time product delivery.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches at scale.
- Oversee post-launch performance analysis and continuous product improvement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication
- Work with executive leadership to align product roadmaps with brand strategy.
- Communicate product portfolio vision, strategy, and impact to internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong partnerships with regional and global teams for product scaling and localization.
Product Training
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training materials. Organise training session for internal sales team and channel partners.
Job Specification / Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- 810+ years of product developmnent & management experience with at least 35 years in a leadershiprole managing multiple product lines or teams.
- Proven success in FMCG/lifestyle/skincare product development, cross-functional project management, portfolio management, and scaling products internationally.
- Strong background in project management is a MUST.
- Passionate about beauty, wellness, and consumer-centric innovation.
- Familiarity with ASEAN Cosmetic Directive and product compliance is an advantage.
- Strategic thinking with financial acumen to measure product ROI and business impact.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills at the executive level.
- Regional travelling is required.
