Roles Summary / Purpose :

As a Senior Group Product Manager, you will oversee multiple product lines, leading product strategy, innovation, and execution across markets. You will manage a team of product managers, align cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business impact through data-driven decision-making and world-class product experiences.

Lead Strategy, Drive Global Impact

This role empowers you to set group-level product strategy, drive innovation across diverse product lines, and lead a team of product managers all while being based in Kuala Lumpur with global exposure.

Responsibilities :

1. Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and communicate multi-product strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer research to inform product portfolio direction.
  • Develop multi-product roadmaps with clear KPIs and business impact metrics.

2. Portfolio & Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Executives to ensure consistent product excellence and innovation.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, package development, R&D, engineering, UX/UI, sales, and marketing.
  • Drive a data-driven culture with clear performance metrics and product adoption goals.

3. User Experience & Innovation

  • Oversee customer discovery programs and user journey mapping across products.
  • Drive innovation through A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and user feedback loops.
  • Ensure exceptional user experiences and customer value creation across all product lines.

4. Execution & Go-to-Market

  • Collaborate with PMO, marketing, and engineering to ensure on-time product delivery.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches at scale.
  • Oversee post-launch performance analysis and continuous product improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive product training materials; organize training sessions for internal sales teams and channel partners.

5. Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication

  • Work with executive leadership to align product roadmaps with corporate strategy.
  • Communicate product portfolio vision, strategy, and impact to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build strong partnerships with regional and global teams for product scaling and localization.

Job Specification / Requirements :

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).

Experience:

810+ years of product management experience with at least 35 years in a leadershiprole managing multiple product lines or teams.

Proven success in B2B or SaaS product strategy, portfolio management, and scaling products internationally.

Strong background in agile development, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.

Skills:

Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced proficiency in product analytics, UX research, and market intelligence.

Strategic thinking with financial acumen to measure product ROI and business impact.

Strong understanding of API integrations, system architecture, and enterprise software platforms.

Excellent communication, presentation, and decision-making skills at the executive level.
