Senior HR Advisor

rhi are looking for a SeniorHR Advisor to provide business-facing consultation and HR advice to individual line managers. Facilitating the resolution of everyday queries and coaching to drive engagement, pre-empting and resolving inquiries on policy and informal ER cases.

Duration: 12 month contract role - Full time

Required: Feb 2026

Based: Kuala Lumpur - Working arrangement hybrid (60/40)

The role:

As Senior Advisor you'll use data to coach line managers to ensure they are supported throughout all people management activities; delivering reliable, compliant, and secure P&C operations in support of the business, leveraging and interpreting data and insights relevant to the business they support. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for line managers for people management queries, advising on policies and processes, and ensuring a positive experience by prioritizing and seeking guidance on tickets using Salesforce.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years within a similar Senior HR role
• User of Salesforce but not essential
• Proven capability and experience in delivering talent management, ER, track record of effective partnering considering business needs and linking
• value to business results

Essential

• Comfortable starting a contract role with a duration of 12 months- This may be extended but there is no guarantee
• Monthly rate of between 7500 -8000 MYR is suitable for you.
