Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive / Senior HR Executive who enjoys hands-on HR work, works closely with employees and management, and improves how things are done. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and proper HRIS records.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and employee programmes.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, training, employee movements, and offboarding.
- Coordinate recruitment activities from job advertisement and resume screening to interview coordination and candidate selection.
- Work closely with Department Heads to identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programmes.
- Support compensation and benefits administration, employee insurance, leave management, and other HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and filing systems while continuously improving HR administrative processes.
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
- Participate in HR improvement initiatives that strengthen employee experience, efficiency, and organisational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HR operations, administration, or a generalist HR role.
- Good understanding of payroll, Malaysian labour requirements, and HR best practices.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with employees across different departments and levels.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on and fast-moving environment.
- Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, recruitment, or training coordination will be an added advantage.
