As the key senior hr executive, you will manage site-level operations to support workforce effectiveness and employee engagement.

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate screening, and on-boarding programs.
• Support employee relations matters, engagement initiatives, and workplace communications.
• Assist with performance appraisal processes, probation assessments, and development plans.
• Facilitate training administration, capability building initiatives, and record maintenance.
• Oversee HR administration, operational reporting, and compliance with local labor regulations.
  
  

About The Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of human resources generalist experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and statutory compliance requirements.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in standard office software and HR systems.
