With a long-standing track record of growth and business expansion, they are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (Senior Manager level) to support their financial service units and drive impactful people strategies.
This is an opportunity to step into a strategic HR role where you will work closely with business leaders to shape workforce planning, strengthen performance culture, and ensure HR practices align with commercial objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner closely with business leaders to provide strategic HR advisory and drive people initiatives that support business growth
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a go-to HR advisor on organisational and workforce matters
- Drive talent management initiatives including recruitment collaboration, learning & development coordination, and employee engagement programs
- Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labour regulations and best practices
- Support performance management processes, including performance improvement planning and fostering a high-performance culture
- Oversee core HR operations such as onboarding, employee documentation, and policy compliance
- Participate in and lead HR projects aimed at improving processes, systems, and overall employee experience
- Review and update HR policies in line with legislative changes and evolving business needs
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 7 years of experience in an HR Generalist / HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and industrial relations practices
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
- Hands-on experience across recruitment, learning & development, and performance management
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Able to understand financial business.
