Senior HR Manager

Talent Acquisition (TA):

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

• Build employer branding initiatives to strengthen the companys reputation in the job market.

• Manage recruitment agencies and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality hires.

HR Generalist Functions:

• Lead HR operations including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Manage employee life cycle processes (onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, exits).

• Drive learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability.

• Implement HR systems, maintain accurate employee records, and generate HR analytics and reports.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations.

Leadership & Strategy:

• Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members to deliver high-quality HR services.

• Partner with senior leadership to shape organizational culture and promote employee engagement.

• Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
