About the Opportunity

A well-established public-listed manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to lead HR strategy and operations for one of its key business units. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite role based in Kuala Lumpur, offering the opportunity to shape people strategy and drive meaningful impact across a manufacturing plants.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support key business objectives
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for the business unit
• Manage and resolve complex HR and employee relations matters, promoting a fair and harmonious workplace
• Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure the business unit's manpower needs are met effectively
• Drive performance management processes, including performance-based reward frameworks
• Collaborate on talent management initiatives to strengthen the organisation's talent pipeline
• Review compensation and benefits practices to ensure market competitiveness
• Work closely with broader HR teams to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support
• Develop internal communication plans that keep business and employee messaging aligned
• Stay connected with industry HR networks to bring fresh thinking and best practices into the organisation

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a senior HRBP or HR management role, ideally within a manufacturing industry
• Strong background in employee relations, industrial relations, and workplace harmony practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions
• Comfortable to travel for site visits
