Purpose:
Oversee HSE across onshore and offshore sites, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
- Conduct HSE risk assessments and ensure adequate controls for all activities, including contractors.
- Plan and execute HSE audits and site inspections, track findings, and report progress.
- Implement HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Manage environmental compliance, including EIA, waste management, and GHG reporting.
- Support operations, supply bases, drilling rigs, and project construction for HSE compliance.
- Drive Behavior-Based Safety campaigns and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years HSE experience in Oil & Gas or related industry.
- ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certifications are an advantage.
