Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations, and offboarding.
- Support recruitment activities, including preparing job advertisements, screening candidates, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing, including attendance, leave, claims, overtime, allowances, and other payroll-related information.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, leave, medical claims, and other HR programmes.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employment-related matters.
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and support investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance resolution where required.
- Assist in performance management processes, including probation reviews, performance appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave, and other workforce-related matters.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable Singapore employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, management reports, and other HR-related documentation.
- Support employee engagement, training, learning and development, and other HR initiatives.
- Review and improve HR processes, policies, and administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee information and sensitive HR matters.
- Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience in Singapore.
- Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience using HRIS, payroll systems, Microsoft Office, and other HR-related software.
- Experience handling confidential employee information and sensitive HR matters.

Preferred Qualifications
- HR-related professional certification or qualification will be an advantage.
- Experience with Singapore HR systems and processes will be an advantage.
- Experience supporting MOM-related employment matters and statutory HR requirements will be an advantage.
- Experience in a fast-paced or multi-site working environment will be an advantage.
