Adecco's client is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR advisory and operational support across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional with strong employee relations expertise, sound knowledge of employment legislation, and the ability to partner closely with managers to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Serve as the local subject matter expert on employment legislation, labour/union relations, and statutory compliance.
- Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Handle employee relations cases, including disciplinary matters, grievances, misconduct investigations, and policy breaches.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, performance coaching, and training and development needs.
- Support HR systems, process standardisation, and participation in regional or global HR initiatives.
- Deliver and support site-level HR communications and engagement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or recognised qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum 46 years of HR experience with strong exposure to payroll processing and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with payroll coordination, including PIT, Social Security, and statutory filings.
- Proven experience handling employee relations cases.
- Experience working with payroll vendors or shared service environments.
- Background in manufacturing is mandatory.
- Familiar with headcount reporting and HR metrics.
- Comfortable handling work-related conversations with employees and managers.
