We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our growing HR & BPO team.
You will be responsible for payroll, HR reporting, recruitment, automation, KPI dashboards, and employee engagement.

Job Description:
- Lead monthly payroll (attendance, OT, allowances, deductions)
- Review HR reports from admin team; prepare monthly HR summary
- Build HR dashboards (attendance, KPI, salary report)
- Drive automation for reporting & tracking
- Full-cycle recruitment (posting screening interview offer)
- Manage LinkedIn recruitment pipeline & campaigns
- Prepare onboarding templates, evaluation forms, checklists
- Support client manpower requests and performance reporting
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia Labour Law
- Plan employee engagement, benefits, and team activities
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR/Business
- 48 years HR experience, strong in recruitment & payroll
- Familiar with LinkedIn recruitment & HR reporting
- Able to handle confidential matters independently
- Good communication in English & Mandarin
- Able to travel when required
