Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide HR Operation service for Malaysia entity.
- Responsible for onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, attendance management and personnel data entry/maintenance.
- Acts as a resource for managers and employees to ensure their understanding and compliance with human resources policies and regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement of local management by establishing policies, handbook and procedures.
- Other duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, related field required.
- Min. 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing industry (factory) in engaging and managing employees from different culture/nations.
- Proficient in English. Malaysian and Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
