Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR Operation service for Malaysia entity.
  • Responsible for onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, attendance management and personnel data entry/maintenance.
  • Acts as a resource for managers and employees to ensure their understanding and compliance with human resources policies and regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of local management by establishing policies, handbook and procedures.
  • Other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, related field required.
  • Min. 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing industry (factory) in engaging and managing employees from different culture/nations.
  • Proficient in English. Malaysian and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
