Job Scope
- Ensures a comprehensive approach to developing solutions
Manages deployments either regionally or globally as required- Maintains and enhances in-depth knowledge of the Digital Infrastructure & Operations product and service portfolio
Establishes and nurtures productive relationships with key IT personnel and business stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Delivers training on deployed products and services to local IT teams
Ensures strict adherence to Change Management and CAB processes during deployments- Utilizes ITIL, OKR, SCRUM, and quality management methodologies, ensuring compliance with Digital processes
Requirement:- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management or infrastructure roles
- Proficiency in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management
* Knowledge of ITIL, OKR, SCRUM methodologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
