Senior Integration Engineer - Mulesoft

We are looking for experienced MuleSoft professionals for two senior platform operations opportunities:

1️⃣ Senior MuleSoft Platform Automation Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Develop automation scripts using Python, PowerShell or Shell

• Implement self-healing and auto-remediation solutions

• Manage platform capacity, performance and scalability

• Monitor utilization and support capacity forecasting

• Drive platform stability and continuous improvement

• Support major incidents and service restoration

2️⃣ Senior MuleSoft Platform Support Engineer – L3

Key responsibilities:

• Provide daily L3 platform operations and production support

• Resolve incidents and L2 escalations within SLA timelines

• Troubleshoot issues through logs, monitoring tools and system diagnostics

• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions

• Support deployments, releases and production changes

• Maintain SOPs, runbooks and operational documentation

• Participate in on-call or after-hours support when required

✅ Essential technical skills:

• 5–7 years of MuleSoft platform management experience

• Strong MuleSoft platform operations experience—not only API development

• MuleSoft Omni Gateway/Flex Gateway

• Terraform, GitHub and OpenShift

• ArgoCD or Argo CI/CD

• OAuth and OpenID

• AWS and Azure fundamentals

• ITIL processes

• Strong English communication skills

Additional knowledge of Linux, networking, certificate management, XML, XSD, WSDL, Java, JSON, SOAPUI or Postman would be an advantage.
