- Provide comprehensive design consultation services, understanding client needs, preferences, and budget.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings and renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Select materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and oversee the entire design process, from concept to completion.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery, including post-project follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

We Are Looking Someone
- Have a proven track record in project management.
- Proficient in 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering software.
- Experienced in both Residential and Commercial projects.
- Knowledgeable of the latest design trends and innovations.
Key Duties
- Engage in site measurements and prepare drawings throughout the design process, including 3D visualizations and technical drawings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align design strategies with client expectations and market demands.
Skills & Requirements
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): 3Ds Max(Preferable), MS Office, MS Power point, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photo Shop, AutoCAD, Sketch up, or relevant 3D software.
- Good attitude and willing to learn.
- Responsible and passionate about interior design
- Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge in prepare project quotation and material application.
- Knowledge in prepare drawings 2D &3D perspective.
- Minimum 3 years working experience required.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials.
- Previous experience in overseeing multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of various design styles and their application in different contexts.
- Experience in conducting on-site visits and measurements.
