A Day in the Life:
- Prepare detailed drawings and formulate project design packages using CAD and 3D software
- Collaborate with other designers on specific requirements for technical drawings
- Prepare specifications, verify accuracy and completeness of drawings
- Conduct design presentations to prospective buyers to convey design intent
- Anticipate problems in manufacturing, assembly, installation and operations
- Review progress on site and ultimately be responsible for design quality and experience
- Perform any other adhoc duties
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Experience in retail store environments and design of retail/corporate fixtures is a plus
- Have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from conceptualization to execution
- Excellent knowledge of design tools
- Creative, resourceful and demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking
- Possess excellent design flair with an eye for details and self-motivated
- Good presentation skills and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
