SBB Binajaya Sdn Bhd is a CIDB-G5 registered construction and interior design company specializing in design & build solutions, office interiors, and workplace efficiency. We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop space planning, design concepts, and material selections.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
- Ensure design proposals align with project budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
- Mentor and guide junior designers in the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- 35 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in office/commercial projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong creativity, design sense, and technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
