What Youll Do
- Design Extraordinaire: Dive into creating stunning layout plans, sketches, 3D and 2D drawings, models, and visuals that will make everyone say wow!
- Detail-Oriented: Pay attention to every little detail in your drawings, ensuring perfection in every line and curve.
- Client Advocate: Present and pitch your creative concepts to clients, tailoring your designs to match their unique visions and needs.
- Documentation Wizard: Keep all project documentation neat and organized, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Material Master: Recommend the best construction materials, color schemes, and finishes to bring your designs to life.
- Team Collaborator: Work closely with your teammates to outline project scopes and keep everything on track.
- Site Explorer: Visit project sites regularly to ensure everything is going according to plan and to keep an eye on progress.
- Problem Solver: Spot and fix any issues on-site with your sharp, analytical mind.
- Spec Pro: Prepare and issue detailed specifications to guide your projects to success.
- Team Player: Be an active and enthusiastic member of our team, contributing your ideas and energy.

What Were Looking For
- Design Creds: Youve got at least a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or something similar.
- Experience Counts: You bring 3-5+ years of design experience, especially in commercial, office, and residential projects.
- Tech Savvy: Youre a pro with 3D Studio Max or Sketch Up, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and can sketch freehand like a boss. Knowing Adobe Illustrator and Flash is a bonus!
- Multitasking Pro: You can juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Meeting Guru: Youre confident in meetings and can handle site supervision with ease.
- Self-Starter: Youre motivated, independent, and have great leadership and communication skills.
- Local Hero: Youre a Malaysian citizen or have the right residence status.
- Full-Time Hustler: Ready to work full-time from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Monday Friday) and 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Saturday).
- Location Lover: Youre excited to work in the lively area of Kota Damansara.
