Senior IT Executive
For a leading leading global provider of industrial automation and inspection equipment, we are seeking a Senior IT Associate to join our client's team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This permanent role requires a dedicated professional to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide technical support, manage IT assets, and assist in IT development and planning.
What You Will Do
- Ensure the smooth functioning and operation of the entire IT infrastructure at the company
- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, connection, printer, and software issues
- Organize and manage IT assets, maintaining equipment such as laptops, mobile phones, IP phones, servers, and network devices
- Assist in problem resolution and collaborate on further IT development and planning
- Manage Microsoft 365 and perform IT helpdesk and administration duties
Requirements
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with network equipment, desktop support, and system administration
- Strong communication and change management skills, with the ability to interact and work with different parties
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and flexible hours when required
- Well-organized and capable of multitasking effectively
