My client is a global insurance and financial services company known for its customer-focused approach and commitment to sustainability. With a wide range of products and a strong presence worldwide, they strive to provide reliable solutions while promoting corporate social responsibility.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of IT enhancements as per agreed scope.
- Provide production support to maintain system health.
- Develop program codes that are secure, defect-free, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards.
- Conduct system unit testing to ensure quality enhancements.
- Support system integration testing for achieving agreed system quality.
Qualification:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or equivalent is a must.
- Insurance industry working background preferred.
- 10+ years of IT experience in life insurance companies, specifically in implementing Straight Through Processing for various functions.
- Solid experience in various programming and tools is advantageous, e.g. Java, Spring Boot/ Spring Cloud, Envoy, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Experience with AWS cloud projects is advantageous.
- Good command of both written/spoken Bahasa and Chinese (Cantonese/ Putonghua).
