Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications using Spring framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in both English and Chinese.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Min 3+ experience as a Senior Java Software Engineer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring framework.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills.
