Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Key Account Executive located in Shah Alam, with opportunities for remote work. The Senior Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers, developing sales strategies, achieving performance targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, delivering customized solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
