RequirementsRole Summary
The Account Executive will manage day-to-day customer accounts and lead cross-functional coordination throughout the customer lifecycle—from initial RFQ and NPI (New Product Introduction) through to mass production, delivery, and account growth. This role acts as the main bridge between industrial clients and internal Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Account Management: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned B2B accounts, maintaining high client satisfaction and driving long-term partnerships.
NPI & Project Coordination: Coordinate new product qualification, sample submissions, testing, and engineering change notices (ECN/PCN) alongside Engineering and BD.
Mass Production & Order Execution: Track demand forecasts, monitor production/delivery schedules, and manage recovery plans for potential delivery delays or material shortages.
Quality & Issue Resolution: Facilitate customer complaint investigations with the Quality team, ensuring corrective actions (8D/CAPA) are communicated and closed promptly.
Business Development Support: Partner with BD to identify cross-selling opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and expand business within existing customer accounts.
Cross-Functional Escalation: Lead daily cross-functional meetings and maintain accurate project/RFQ tracking records for management review.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B customer account management, program management, sales coordination, or project management.
Industry Background: Prior experience in Manufacturing, Electronics, EMS, Semiconductor, Datacom, or Industrial Packaging is strongly preferred.
Technical Familiarity: Comfortable reading technical customer drawings; exposure to protective packaging materials (paper, foam, wood, plastics) is a plus.
Key Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. Confident in cross-functional problem-solving and handling client escalations.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable to manage regional transfer projects.
