Job Description
- Own end-to-end performance of key accounts, B2B, and non-key business channels, delivering sales, margin, and contribution targets.
- Drive disciplined sell-in execution, inventory management, and seasonal stock allocation to optimise sell-through and clearance efficiency.
- Lead customer service operations, ensuring high standards in order management, fulfilment, OTIF, and after-sales support.
- Establish strong governance over wholesale policies, trade terms, pricing, AR collections, DSO, and credit controls.
- Simplify and optimise wholesale processes across order-to-cash, forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Develop annual operating plans, forecasts, and KPI dashboards while proactively identifying risks and growth opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the wholesale operations team, fostering accountability, execution discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related discipline.
- 6-8 years of experience in Sales, Wholesale Operations, or Key Account Management.
- Proven track record managing wholesale performance, inventory, and financial KPIs (margin, DSO, AR).
- Experience leading operational or service-focused teams in a structured environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer needs and business profitability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
