The role:
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the e-commerce business of one or multiple accounts across all ecommerce platforms in Malaysia. As the account's main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the e-commerce strategy and plans for your brands and take ownership of their stores like it is your own. You negotiate with account and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the account, in order to grow the business. You have a firm grasp of e-commerce fundamentals and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that, collectively, you make your accounts successful.
You are responsible for account NMV and revenue growth, and you work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services.
