Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Key Account & Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage strategic Modern Trade accounts within the FMCG industry. This role will be responsible for leading a sales team, managing key retail partnerships, and executing sales strategies to expand market share. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience in key account management, trade negotiations, and team management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow key modern trade accounts including major retail chains, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, promotional campaigns, and trade activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and retail partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotions, trade agreements, and product listings with key accounts.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews for management.
  • Ensure strong in-store execution, product visibility, and brand presence across retail channels.

Job Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience
  • Minimum 68 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in Modern Trade / Key Account Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a sales team.
  • Experience managing major retail chains, distributors, or supermarket accounts is highly preferred.

Skills
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong strategic planning, sales forecasting, and business development skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Results-driven with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
