Build and Manage Customer Relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account customers while gathering market and business intelligence to support sales efforts.
Territory Planning and Sales Execution Understand customer profiles to create effective daily call routines, including journey planning, setting sales objectives, preparing persuasive presentations, and using sales tools.
Sales Tools and Reporting Utilize the Sales Force.com (SFDC) platform to track sales objectives, manage inventory, monitor sell-through, and generate performance reports for assigned outlets.

Requirements
Education & Language Skills Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field; fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Experience & Industry Knowledge Minimum 4 years in sales or key account roles, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical; experience with distributors, retailers
Skills & Tools Proficiency Strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce.
Sales Performance & Flexibility Proven track record in achieving sales targets; ability to plan and execute key account strategies; willing to travel as required.
