In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to create powerful brand partnerships that resonate with diverse audiences. You'll play a key part in shaping our influencer marketing strategy and driving the success of our campaigns.
Your Responsibilities:
- KOL Discovery & Recruitment: Identify and connect with KOLs who align with our brand's values, needs, and goals. Build and maintain a high-quality database of influencers to foster long-term relationships.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate alliances with KOLs to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships, driving collaboration and content creation that meets the brand's objectives.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with KOLs to communicate content strategies, ensuring the content produced resonates with target audiences and meets campaign expectations.
- Continuous Engagement: Promote secondary content cooperation with existing KOLs, ensuring continued collaboration and content development that strengthens brand presence.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Strong command of Malay and English to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience in FMCG, social media marketing, or influencer collaborations is a plus. A strong network of KOLs or expertise in influencer marketing will be prioritized.
- Strong Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to negotiate, persuade, and build strong relationships with KOLs.
