What You'll Be Doing

• Identify, source, negotiate with and manage KOLs/influencers across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, content review, timelines and approvals.
• Build and maintain influencer relationships and databases.
• Track and optimize campaign and affiliate performance based on KPIs such as engagement, traffic, conversions and revenue.
• Coordinate product seeding and ensure campaigns comply with brand and advertising guidelines.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and dashboards.

  
What We're Looking For

• Min 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or content creation.
• Strong understanding of trends & platform dynamics.
• Good communication skills, able to manage creators & partners.
• Creative thinker with a sense of what content performs.
