Senior L3 Support Developer

Hiring: Senior L3 Support Developer | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are looking for an experienced Senior L3 Support Developer to provide Level 3 production support for Core Banking applications, specifically within the Investment & Wealth domain.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Contract: 2 Years | Extendable

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 production support for Investment & Wealth applications

• Troubleshoot complex technical and functional production issues

• Perform RCA and implement permanent fixes

• Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams and business stakeholders

• Develop and deploy bug fixes, patches, and minor enhancements

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability

• Maintain incident, solution, and system-change documentation

• Handle database troubleshooting and optimization using MS-SQL

Required Skills

• Strong .NET development experience
• Strong SQL / MS-SQL skills
• Hands-on L3 Production Support, debugging, incident management & RCA
• Mandatory: Investment & Wealth systems experience
• Windows & Open Systems environment knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Wealth Management domain experience

• Core Banking exposure

• Performance tuning & system optimization
