Job Description
Job Title: Senior / Lead Azure Cloud & Infrastructure Architect
Experience Required: 10 to 14+ Years (Min. 3+ years directly in an Architect / Solution Design capacity)
Location: WFO, Nandanam, Polygon
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Shift Time: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities & Required Skill Set
- Architecture & Infrastructure Engineering:
- Landing Zones: Design scalable network topologies (Hub-and-Spoke), subscription/management group structures, and policy frameworks (CAF / Well-Architected Framework).
- High Availability & Disaster Recovery: Establish HA/DR architectures with explicit RTO/RPO targets, failover protocols, and Azure Site Recovery (ASR).
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Advanced hands-on proficiency in automating environments using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
- Security, Identity & Governance:
- Identity Architecture: Hybrid/multi-cloud identity integration using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Zero Trust principles, PIM, and RBAC.
- Compliance & Security: Network segmentation, Key Vault secret management, and Security Posture Management using Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
- Cloud Migration & Multi-Cloud Experience:
- Migration Execution: End-to-end migration lifecycle (discovery, dependency mapping, DNS cutovers, rollback plans) using Azure Migrate, VMware HCX, or similar tools.
- Multi-Cloud Expertise (Key Differentiator): Hands-on experience with cross-cloud strategies, specifically Azure-to-GCP or multi-cloud environments.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) (Mandatory / Strongly Preferred)
- GCP Professional Cloud Architect (Bonus)
