Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Lead Engineer – Electrical & Electronics (E&E) to lead the architecture, design, development and optimization of innovative electronic products and systems.

The role will work across multidisciplinary engineering teams and support the development of products for industries including HealthTech, Industrial, Smart Energy, Aerospace and Capital Equipment.

The successful candidate will provide strong technical leadership across the complete product development lifecycle — from concept and architecture through detailed design, verification, product realization and transition to manufacturing.

The position requires strong expertise in either Analog/Mixed-Signal or Digital Electronics, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design & Development

Lead the architecture, design and implementation of electrical/electronic solutions that meet customer, technical and regulatory requirements.
Drive product development from the conceptual stage through design, verification, product realization and manufacturing transition..
Apply strong understanding of E&E development processes and workflows at PCBA, product and system levels.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more areas of Analog, Digital or Mixed-Signal Electronics.Analog / Mixed-Signal Electronics

Analog / Mixed-Signal Electronics

Signal conditioning, sensor interfacing, filters and amplifier circuits.
ADC/DAC and mixed-signal circuit design.
Power electronics and power architecture.
DC-DC converters, power management, hot-swap and battery charging/management systems.
SPICE-based circuit simulation and design validation.
EMC/EMI design, troubleshooting and compliance.
Defining PCB layout guidelines and reviewing PCB designs.
AC-DC power supply design is an added advantage.
RF circuit / antenna design and wireless module integration such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Cellular and GPS is an added advantage.

Digital Electronics

Experience in designing digital circuits and systems involving:

Digital controller design using MPU / MCU / FPGA / GPU.
Storage and memory device interfaces.
High-speed digital interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, USB, DDR, LVDS and SerDes.
Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) simulation, analysis and validation.
HDL/IP design using VHDL, Verilog or SystemVerilog is an added advantage.

Design Tools & Simulation

Proficiency with schematic and PCB layout tools such as OrCAD, Cadence Concept/Allegro or Altium Designer.
Experience with simulation, design verification and validation methodologies.
Strong understanding of board/system-level electrical design and troubleshooting.

Design for Manufacturing & Quality

Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and quality principles throughout product development.
Good understanding of EMC, Safety and Environmental compliance requirements.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
5–10+ years of direct experience in electrical/electronic product design within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
Experience in completing multiple product development cycles.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with international teams.
Willingness to undertake business travel, including overseas travel, when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with strong expertise in Analog Electronics, Digital Electronics, Mixed-Signal Design, Power Electronics, High-Speed Digital Design, PCB Design or E&E Product Development are encouraged to apply.

Experience working on complex, highly regulated products and taking designs through the complete lifecycle from concept → design → verification → product realization → manufacturing will be highly valued.
