Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur for a Senior Leasing Executive. The role involves overseeing commercial leasing activities, managing lease administration and negotiations, conducting market research, and maintaining key documentation related to leases. The Senior Leasing Executive will also build and maintain relationships with clients, ensure timely lease renewals, and optimize the leasing performance and revenue for the company's properties.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Commercial Leasing, Lease Negotiations, and managing Leases effectively
• Strong knowledge or experience in Lease Administration and handling related documentation
• Ability to conduct thorough Market Research to identify potential opportunities and competitive lease rates
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client relationship management
• Highly organized with attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
• Ability to work independently yet collaboratively within a team
• Previous experience in property or real estate industries is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
