Legal Counsel Manager II
The successful candidate will play a key role in the identification and management of legal risk issues across the Group. The role will involve acting as an internal consultant and as such, will involve extensive dealings directly with the business. The successful candidate will report to the General Counsel.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications (Eligibility Criteria)
Licensed to practice law.
Graduate with excellent academic credentials is required.
Minimum 7-10 years experience practicing law.
Experience in intellectual property laws, employment laws, international business transactions and general litigation preferred.
Ability to write and converse in Mandarin preferred.
Competencies and successful characteristics
Successful candidate is a proven team player and consensus builder that takes a business approach to law and be a proactive problem solver who must be able to work autonomously and handle significant client contact.
