Senior Legal Counsel

(Senior) Legal Counsel - Financial Institution - Singapore

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on operations, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements under MAS and other relevant authorities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including service contracts, regulatory filings, and partnership agreements.
• Develop internal legal frameworks, policies, and processes to support the company's growth.
• Provide support to business for litigation and dispute resolution by giving legal advice.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with min 8 years of legal experience,preferably within the banking, Insurance or other financial services companies.
• Proven ability to work independently and establish legal frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and fluency in Mandarin is a must
