Senior Legal Executive, Engineering firm

A leading industrial company is looking to hire Senior Legal Executive under the General Counsel APAC. You will be responsible for the following

• Create and scrutinize various legal documents such as service agreements, purchase agreements, leases, and confidentiality agreements to ensure they align with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and potential risks.
• Ensure that all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Ensuring an organization adheres to data protection laws and regulations by developing, implementing, and monitoring privacy policies, conducting risk assessments, training employees, and acting as a liaison with authorities.

Qualified lawyer with minimum 7 years PQE working in a law firm or commercial inhouse role with industrial, engineering company.
