About the Role - The Data Center Operation linux SME for day to day operation and project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Linux SME: SUSE, Ubuntu, centos, Redhat etc
• Manage to perform Linux OS upgrade and data migration
• Manage to assist on backup and restore for Linux, include plugin installation and configuration.
• Good analyse and troubleshooting skill when there are Linux OS or performance issue.

Optional

• Ensuring all servers/backup infrastructure runs within the agreed SLA (availability, performance and security)
• Ensuring that all server/backup infrastructure are managed to the appropriate level of security patches, software/firmware revisions and supported versions
• Handling Vmware Virtual Environment
• Executing projects to ensure delivery is according to scope, budget and timeline
• Managing stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services
• Executing continuous improvement plans

Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor degree of Information Technology / Management
• Have good data center platform and collaboration technical knowledge at least 8 years of experiences.
• Have good knowledge in IT data center platform and collaboration technology.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skill with internal and external party.
• Have ability to work in multiple countries and overseas IT Infrastructure Data Center platform project.
