Ansell is looking for a Senior Logistics Specialist to join our team in Cyberjaya.

In this position you will play a vital role in coordinate and monitor 3PLs for warehouse operations in line with Ansell standards. Responsible to ensure 3PLs optimize the storage in warehouse and executing standard operational policies / procedures / guidelines to ensure smooth and right flow of goods and materials to meet the customer order fulfilment.

What your role will be

Reporting to Sr Manager, Logistics, you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure Ansell stocks are stored safely and cleanly in 3PL warehouses.
• Monitor 3PL performance and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Planning teams on inventory management.
• Work with 3PLs and Customs to resolve operational and documentation issues.
• Ensure all shipments comply with local and export regulations.
• Oversee the return and filing of complete shipping documents for audit purposes.
• Support logistics matters for Ansell plants, suppliers, and freight operations.
• Assist in developing and maintaining logistics policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with Planners, Sales, and CSR teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Ensure operations excellence, compliance, and inventory security within logistics and warehousing activities.
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports and data for management review.
• Support new project start-ups and provide training to staff as needed.

What will you bring to Ansell

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business or equivalent.
• Years of related experience in Warehousing, Distribution, Transportation, and Logistics operating / functional role & responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and key performance drivers.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for operational issues.
• Solid knowledge of warehousing, logistics processes, and 3PL management.
• Customer-focused with strong business acumen and partnership-building skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and committed to excellence.
• Global mindset with awareness of cross-border logistics trends.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and general shipping procedures (L/C, documentation, clearance, freighting, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and supervisory skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
• Travel may be required to the warehouse locations up to 30 - 50%.
• Attend to teleconference out of normal office hours
