Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) Coordinator based in Kuching. The Senior M&E Coordinator will oversee system monitoring, project coordination, and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) tasks. Responsibilities also include preparing and maintaining detailed reports, ensuring timelines are met, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and leadership in coordinating M&E systems within projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and experience in related coordination tasks
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and system monitoring to ensure seamless project execution
- Competence in Report Writing and documenting project progress and technical specifications
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to quality and timelines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing project challenges
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience in the construction and property development industry is highly preferred
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Malaysia
