Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
- Attend site meeting with consultants
- Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings
- Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical site problems pertaining to M&E works
- Supervise the progress of M&E works on site
- Coordination of subcontractor's M&E works and ensure the work is on schedule
- Prepare shop & as built drawings
- Obtain client's requirement and site surveys
- Carry out testing and commissioning of M&E works
- Conduct handover inspection with client
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering as recognized by PE board
- Minimum 5 years working experience on building projects in Main Contractor Construction Firm
- Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, independent, team player and results-oriented with a proven track record in the building industry
